IBM has released a no charge "Community Edition" of IBM Watson Machine
Learning for z/OS Online Scoring. Details and the download link are
available here:

As IBM explains, "This lightweight version of the WMLz scoring service
provides a no-charge option enabling organizations to easily download and
try the WMLz in-transaction scoring approach." In-transaction scoring
means that you can run AI models within transaction scope (including batch
interactions). For example, you can calculate a fraud risk score within a
payment approval transaction based on your standard (and iteratively
improving) risk models. Then you can approve or deny the transaction based
on the risk score, preventing fraud instead of merely detecting it after
the fact.

Unlike "offboard" AI deployments, infusing your core transaction
processing with AI means you won't keep users waiting. Transactions
continue executing with consistently fast response. But your AI models are
the same, and you can progressively improve them more quickly since you
can score all transactions "in flight." That means you can also cut way
down on false positives since you can more rapidly improve your risk
models.

Enjoy.
