From what I can tell at https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/zos/2.4.0?topic=programming-cipher-suite-definitions, all SHA384 cipher suites have 4 character cipher codes. 4 character cipher codes are only supported *for z/OS Comm Server FTP* by using AT-TLS.
