I think, you don't need the list, otherwise you would be interested in
polish partners - are you? ;-)
I would suggest to simply ask IBM about 2-3 business partners from your
region with proper authorisation.
BTW: in such RFP you ask business partner, but in fact you play with
IBM, the prices are set there. Business partner's "value added" is
marginal IMHO.
