In a PTF, I believe that you need the ++ DELETE; I believe that you can force a rebuild with a RESTORE and APPLY. Possibly ++ JCLIN?

If I replace the only deviant MOD with a REFR version, will Binder recognize that the only non-REFR CSECT is being replaced and save the object as REFR?
