"a fully configured parallel sysplex" - in the sense you meant it - is something I see less often than I'd like. :-(
As a Performance guy, often the conversations I have with customers - based on their data - have a big dollop of Resilience in them. There are those that have embraced "a fully configured parallel sysplex", those that hope to be able to swing work across, and those that don't even have that.
