DCOLLECT SMSDATA *does* provide this - an MC record is generated for each
management class and expire days non-usage is at offset decimal 220 in the
MC record.

Whether having this information in a flat file is useful to you may well be
another matter.

The field layouts are in the Access Method Services commands manual.
