Some PDS members contain an IEBUPDTE stream of members, and TAPEMAP shows the imbedded members with a ">" as in "A>IEFUSI" in file 311 for example.
You have to find the preceding "A-" member in the tapemap, "A-SMFEXIT" in this case. Then look at member SMFEXIT to find the "./ ADD NAME=IEFUSI" line.
