There is a user field (in the JMR?) that you can fill in with whatever you
want. I normally don't use such fields directly, but plug in the address of an
installation-specific control block so that I can go beyond 32 bits.

Subject: IEFUSO - smf common area

Hello all!

I am wondering if we can use the smfucom to store a status of how many
times we have increased the output limit.

I suspect the answer is no, but I cannot find anything describing what it
is used for.

Thanks
Rob Schramm
