Thank you .. I'll send some more doc comments with information from your
email (once I've played with it).
The \&ACTION does pass ACTION through....

I also assumed that the BPXBATCH SH was different to the Unix sh command..
(for example the case), and perhaps the documentation for SH should be
expanded.
It looks like a good area to explore and understand.

It looks like "working as designed",  which I can live with, now I know.
