I have a question about RMM. We've received some new cartridges that hadn't
been initialized by the supplier. This caused I/O errors when attempts were
made to mount the cartridges. To avoid these errors we changed their status to
INIT so that they wouldn't be mounted:

However this means that they are still unusable and have been since September.
All we need to do is initialize them but there's a shortage of RMM knowledge
around here. Could anyone please give me some advice on how to do this ? It
would be greatly appreciated. Someone suggested using INITT but I suspect that
that's not appropriate here.
Regards,
John.
