We ipl 2 times a year.   It's a matter of balancing change vs stability.   We 
monitor vulnerabilities for sure.  Our environment is not internet facing, so 
any concerns are internal.   Many vulnerability do not require ipl to fix, but 
some do.  We do not install maintenance just because it's there, it's a planned 
event.
