Z/osmf, IZUSVR1, the Angel process, IZUANG1, and I think CFZCIM may
they do execute BPXBATCH or BPXBATSL -
there may be others, those are one's I know of
I'm not sure an OUTPUT statement would have any affect

STDERR? BPXBATCH? I thought BPXBATCH defaults STDIN,
STDOUT, and STDERR to /dev/null.
Does a JCL OUTPUT statement have any effect?
