Yes you can however it depends upon what you want to do with it. Production is basically a 'no no' but development and testing are fine and you have many choices although why you want cloud based is beyond me: - ZD&T (or zPDT) can easily be run in the various cloud providers, I've done it personally with AWS and MS Azure but they run much better natively on x86 - There was the WAZI aaS announcement this week but this has actually been around for a while as WAZI Sandbox albeit on x86 which is basically ZD&T under the covers.
