Wayne, thanks for these great solution ideas - they give me other ideas, too. I might try the Datasource for Excel option for another need I have. The IBM DB2 Rexx is interesting, and I will have to see if I could adapt it to my Datacom table (at first blush, it seems too DB2-centric).
