Is this customer running back-level software?  Some very old Omegamon
versions had user key CSA from my memory, and that could explain the
otherwise strange mix of address spaces you are reporting.  Lots of other
old software also used user key CSA (hence why IBM provided the RUCSA
feature as a solution for those cases).
