If part of a customers cloud contract uses CICS, DB2, IMS, or other IBM software, it certainly should be booked as cloud revenue. It’s a frivolous lawsuit which I doubt ever gets to trial. Plus, it’s not like IBM is selling at a multiple like other cloud companies based on IBM’s cloud growth.
