Is it still true that IBM does more extensive testing for quarterly RSUs than on the other monthly RSUs? It's been suggested to me that this may no longer be the case. But wisdom used to be to perform maintenance on the quarterly's.
My understanding was (may be dated) that IBM performed more stringent testing with zOS, CICS, DB2 and other components at the quarterly RSU level that wasn't done on the other monthly RSUs. -- Donald H.
