Please excuse the marketing aspect of this, but our SyzMPF/z product can notify
via email, sms text message, or TSO notify any person or persons that are
interested in any message that comes up.

Internally, on our own processor, we don't really rely on the operators to see
any message, that's what automation is for. If they do see a message that we
don't handle (yet), part of their job is to notify us so that we can make sure
they don't have to do it again.

So, when a "RED" or "WHITE" highlighted message comes out, we handle it with
SyzMPF/z and then automagically change the color to something else (like
lowlighted pink or pale blue), and if we really do need the operator to "do"
something, we make sure the message is highlighted in reverse video and maybe
linking reverse video, and we also send them an email AND a text message that
they need to do something.

It has freed up our operators to do other things (like change paper or get
coffee) and not have them stare at the console "just in case" something
happens. We found that they missed a lot of stuff that goes on. Especially at
a place like us that does constant testing of OPP (Other People's Problems), so
the operators had a hard time telling what was really "important" and what was
not.

It makes life much easier on everyone, automation never gets "bored".
