I am almost entirely unable to post to IBMMAIN by email. (Some might say that is a good thing!) Most, but not quite all, of my emails fail with
<[email protected]>: Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1) 130.160.0.38: Timeout connecting I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long. I have not changed my email setup, and it works sometimes, so I don't think the problem is on my PC. I use a very small, local, non-profit ISP and I suspect there is some problem on their end, but they don't see it. I am not getting this problem with any other email destination.
