I don't think ESTAE knows about PGM-1, since PGM-2 is the one that established the ESTAE, and assuming you didn't call PGM-1 from PGM-2 I don't see how it would see PGM-1. Are you sure it's not areas within PGM-2 that were passed originally from PGM-1 that you are seeing? Especially if you are abending within PGM-2 (which is the one that you established the ESTAE in, it seem unrealistic that you would be getting addresses from PGM-1.
