I converted sometime last year. The Redbook wasn't really helpful, as RMM has 
several newer features that help match CA-1 behavior. RMM support was very 
helpful. I believe I asked some questions here on IBM-MAIN and they reached 
back out to me.

I did find that my retention processing became a problem because RMM does honor 
MGMTCLAS rules even if it is not an explicitly SMS managed tape library
