By all means submit it. As with any RFE, it is important to describe how it would help you to have this information, and/or how lack of this information causes you a problem.
By the way, you do not have to attend Share in person in order to submit a requirement through Share. But your company might have to be a Share member (I am not sure quite what the rules are).
