I can replicate this on my 2.4 system, whereas my 2.5 system in the same MAS reports this correctly.
Tracing the data returned from JES2 on 2.4, I can see that the values for LMDUPMAX and LMDUPUSE are the same (these are the fields that SDSF uses to populate those column values). I suggest you open a PMR/Case with JES2 support as this appears to be an issue with the JES SSI request SSJILMOD.
