Hi Geoff, Thanks for putting your head over the parapet.... As a strategist, would it be possible to improve the performance of the online system, it is embarrassingly slow for an IT company; and can you fix the back button. In 99.99% of other web sites, the back button gets you back to the previous page. In the KC you have to use the back button twice. Though I doubt if you can get funding for these (grin).
