Since I started using the IBM Zxplore site to increase my knowledge and practical experience in October 2021, the RDP site on which it is hosted has been pretty regularly down for maintenance just about every other Sunday from 14:30 to 20:30 UTC. There have been times the maintenance window was actually shorter and longer than that "ideal", but it has been pretty consistently down biweekly somewhere in that time slot.
