Thanks for all the responses. I should have explained what z/VM Link Aggregation is. This is not about sharing an OSA port between multiple LPARs (that is easy). With a z/VM vswitch you can connect up to 8 OSA ports to a single vswitch. Turns out there is no direct equivalent in z/OS, you use VIPA.
