ASVTFRST is the address of the slot for ASID 0 which doesn't exist but
is usefull to adjust for the fact that ASIDs start at 1 since it is
just before ASVTENTY.

ASVTENTY is the slot for ASID 1 and the actual start of the slots
which (might) point to ASCBs.
