Does SAMPLIB, or even better, PROCLIB orJCLLIB contain members for:
o Batch TSO
o Batch ISPF  (Especially!)

They should, even as PROCLIB contains ASMA* members.

When I supply JCL for batch ISPF, I allocate most profiles to empty PDSes.
