REXX programs cannot be written inline. You must save it in a PDS. You then
allocate that PDS to either SYSPROC or SYSEXEC. You can then run it like:

//REXX EXEC PGM=IKJEFT01
//SYSECEC DD DISP=SHR,DSN=PDS.containing.REXX.pgm
//SYSTSPRT DD SYSOUT=*
//SYSTSIN DD *
%rexxpgm
/*
//

Where "rexxpgm" is the PDS member name in the PDS.
