This is a dangerous game. If you submit many jobs with the same name all at the same time, there is no guarantee in what order the jobs will convert or run--unless you "throttle" JES down to only one converter for the JESplex. Even then, I do not believe there is an absolute guarantee that identically-named jobs will execute in the order they were converted, but I could be wrong about that. In any case, if a strict conversion -> execution order restriction is not documented, JES2 could be "improved" in a future release.
