You may have a browser issue. I clicked "see more" on the first page, and that option remained for succeeding pages.

I had a couple of minor quibbles (first machine I started on was a 709, and the 7090/94 had an option how the index registers were treated; some of the software mentioned for the 3081 was available as early as OS/360; and MVS proper will not run on current machines due to architectural differences - IPL in BC mode, different I/; etc.)
