Just out of curiosity. My daughter and I took Krav Maga for a few years (she longer than I) … I lasted until I blew out a knee, she ended at Level 4 with a shattered elbow (best dang thing we ever did despite the injuries). It was one of the best experiences I had as it was quite a fierce fighting style.
