Hi Alan. Yes, I've been having problems for about a week, and have a pmr open.
Although it's slow at the moment, some times it does finish. Yesterday it timed
out after 480 minutes. Today it finished in 255 minutes.
IBM says there is/was a huge backlog, possibly due to a new RSU coming out. But
that happens periodically, and we haven't experienced this before. :(
You can do a receive pending for the order that failed. Yesterday I ran this
about 2 hours after the job failed, and it only waited 45 minutes.
