IBM seems to have a compulsion to periodically change nomenclature, e.g., going from data management to data administration.

It seems to be creeping back. I just did a crude scan of the 3.1 .pdfs a d found 96260 occurrences of " data set " vs. 1422 of " dataset " . Should the latter be corrected? (The numbers were generated by computer -- I claim no better than one digit accuracy.) "Using Data Sets" contains no uses of " dataset " . -- gil ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN
