I am neither an IBM enthusiast nor an IBM basher, but I quickly admit, when it comes up, that they write the best documentation in the world and give lousy customer service.
CA is the opposite; their documentation needs a LOT of work, but they're amazingly responsive when I need a behavior explained. (I say "CA" but it should be Broadcom now.
