You cannot guarantee that ALET 1 addresses the home address space. depending
on how the ETDEF is used, the ALET 1 at entry may point to the CP or the
primary at the time of the PC.

If you want HOME, use ALET 2. That is (almost - it appears that some SLIH /
SRB's do not have an ALET to the home address space) always placed in the DU
referring to the home address space.

Also, from a PC routine, the RB information is less useful than the
information in the current linkage stack entry.
