The SMP/e programming API tells you

all the CSI entries.

First, ++ZAP does not create an SMP/e entry. The NAME specified references an 
entry that already exists. In this case, a MOD entry. 

Second, the MOD ENAME length is 8. In fact, look at each entry type and you 
will see all ENAMEs are 8 (or less) in length.
