In our case, ChangeMan ZFS is functioning as an SMTP client, so we want to change it to use CSSMTP as the SMTP client by having the created email go out to the spool as SYSOUT, but we need to know how to configure ChangeMan so that it knows what the external writer name will be for CSSMTP, i.e., CSSMTP would be the writer name of choice for us. Anyway, the vendor has not been of any help and suggested posting the question to their community board, which I have. So far, no response.
