I have an edit macro that might help, extract from the help screen:
ARRANGE I|M|O|X c l t s
Parameter description
I Insert block at 'to', leave the original.
O overlay at 'to' with block, leave the original.
M Insert block at 'to', whitespace the original.
X Insert block at 'to', delete the original
c Colomn
l Length of sub-field.
t To colomn.
And a small sample for moving a block:
