On z/OS 2.4...
Our USS root is defined in BPXPRMxx (see below) as AUTOMOVE and no SYSLIST.
When the owner LPAR is shutdown, is there any algorithm or logic to determine
what LPAR will be given ownership?

AUTOMOVE
