It's likely that whatever source was used for building the BASH Frank
has (others too) simply does not have this patch.
I'm not sure how to utilize the "ports" other than to manually apply
each patch individually. I have not been able to get email addresses for
the contributors to the "ZOSOpenTools" project. (And wanted to for other
reasons.) Maybe that's exactly how they do it, each patch one at a time.
