Even when I worked for a PCM, I always felt the salesman were cut from the same 
cloth as real-estate and used-car salesmen.
That is not a compliment.

And these were the people commissioned with bringing in the bucks (we, as tech 
support were just a cost). 
I never could get my head around the concept of "buy a new expensive machine to 
replace the one you are still depreciating and save money ..."
Which is why I wound up where I am I guess.
