I missed the question. Yes, the WAS in "Liberty WAS Version: 23.0.0.9"
appears to be from the GKLM product. Probably unchanged since it was
rebranded from SKLM which did use WAS.

Liberty doesn't have the wsadmin scripting. It sounds like GKLM built REST
services to do their admin...that's just an application to Liberty.
