How did you find that? I tried to no avail with Google keywords:
site:IBM.com dfsort ebcdic collating seauence
And that page has a
Parent topic:
EBCDIC and ASCII collating sequences
but there's no parent-of-parent, so I wouldn't have been able to
start at the root of the volume and work down.
