ESS6034I is a status message about the CONN DROP, but doesn't have an error code. Perhaps you also got an EZZ6035I with an error code? Assuming for the moment that that's the case, 1030 (which is in hex) claims to say "TTLS Ioctl failed for query or init HS". There should be more details on the 6035I about what ioctl was issued, and so on. Getting detailed info out of AT-TLS can be a pain because it's not centralized in SYSLOG or JOBLOG or the like....
