Dumps are numbered as they are taken.    This is your first dump of the IPL.
Use the command D D,T to display what dumps have been taken.  If you have
static dump data sets they may be numbered SYS1.DUMP00, SYS1.DUMP01,
SYS1.DUMP02  .... your message was saying SYS1.DUMP01 not found.
You most probably have dynamic dumps.
I used to run out of space and had frequently had to delete  my old dumps
