The ICSF option STATS causes Cryptographic Usage Statistics subtype 31 for ICSF
type 82 records to be recorded.

These records will be recorded with the HOME (and SECONDARY if different from
HOME) address space(s) which would point to the task that has had AT-TLS
applied to it.

The other answers are great. If you need more specifics about what/how hardware
is being used by ICSF, you can enable any or all of the STATS options in the
ICSF parmlib member.

STATS(ALG,ENG) would probably do the trick but you could also enable SRV if you
want to see the callable service usage as well.
