Global Mirror (GM) system - Global Mirror Failover/Failback w/Practice. Trying to increase the PPRC paths in GM, looking for inputs if anyone in this group have performed this through IBM CSM.
I have validated additional new paths already and ready to configure. Here is the plan: Step 1: Pause the Global Mirror: From CSM: Sessions > GM > Commands > Suspend Session Actions > Commands > Suspend Step 2: Update PPRC paths From CSM: Paths>DS8000 Port Pairing CSV Step 3: Wait 5 minutes for paths to get updated in CSM/DS8910F Verify the PPRC paths from DS8910F: using LSPPRCPATH After paths successful verification Step 4: Resume the Global Mirror From CSM: Sessions > GM > Session Actions > Commands > Start H1 -> H2 Verify GM is resumed and normal on CSM or DS8910F: CSM Overview: Session: Normal status Thank you.
