The default behaviour for INPUT ON/OFF is controlled by the INPUT keyword on the ISFPRMxx GROUP statement that the userid is a member of.
If the user has SAF READ authority to ISFCMD.FILTER.INPUT in the SDSF class, they can issued the “INPUT ON/OFF” command to change the setting.
