Please submit feedback asking that it be documented properly.  Having a 
customer ask can be more helpful than just having an IBMer ask.
The service was not felt to be of general enough interest or use to make it 
worth documenting in a book, particularly when the macro prolog has all the 
information.
If that is not the case, that is good to understand. You have to be authorized 
(which can be by RACF profile) to access storage from another address space.

You will find that pretty much every executable macro interface created by the 
MVS element of z/OS over the past 30+ years (and from some other elements as 
well) is "like this one" in that regard. In fact, for some, the book is 
produced using the same "source" that the macro is generated from.
